Magnified Depression

Hey Mama,

Consider Post Partom when dealing with mental health. If you birthed 4 children that's post partom depression amplified 4 times. Include that with the trauma you have already experienced in your life. It seems that you maybe doomed from the start.

It may seem like you are walking with a cloud over your head because no one really doesn't want to help a person out of that miry clay, that quick sand if they are not getting paid. No matter how much you reach out, they just ignore you.

But know that God never intends it to be this way. Its the relationship you have with Him. If you walk with Him and stop leaving Him behind, He said that He would never leave you. That He heals the brokenhearted. That He is a God that heals thee. He said that He will comfort you.

So as you maybe sitting around saying, " Nobody loves me" and Nobody cares about me and there is no one there to help me through, know that God never intended it to be this way. Even though you do sometimes have to pay to be healed, it's only temporary and it will help.

Therapy and counseling is there to help you not to take from you. God sometimes will sit you in front of a stranger in order for you to start the process of recovery. It used to be a Prophet or a Man or Woman of God. The women used to gather around to help take care of the children and you. But it's not like that now. No it's not like that now.

You have insurance. Go get Therapy.

Moments of the Crucifixion of the Messiah

Today in service the Almighty gave me a vision of the moments when the Messiah was hanging on the cross. Then He spoke to me:

The Messiah said, "Oh LORD, why have you forsaken me?" Matthew7:26

The LORD GOD said to me to say to you, " OH PEOPLE OF GOD, why have you forsaken me? Why are you arguing about my WORD? Why are you teaching what I have not said? Why are you not serving the people whom I said to serve? Why are you not showing them the way that I love? Why are you only thinking about yourselves? Why have you forsaken ME? Says the LORD.

The Messiah said, "I thirst." John 19:28.

The LORD says," Right here is worship."

The Messiah was saying, "LORD, I thirst for your spirit. I thirst for your presence. OH LORD, why have you forsaken me? I thirst OH LORD for a Word from you. I thirst to hear your voice. I thirst for you. Walk with me. Talk with me. Why have you forsaken me? I surrender all to you."

Then the Almighty opened up my understanding. I asked the LORD," Why did the soldiers give him vinegar and hyssop? Yes, it is bitter. The LORD said, " What are the medicinal uses of vinegar and hyssop?"

The Medicinal Uses of Vinegar

Vinegar has been used for various medicinal purposes for centuries due to its potential health benefits. Some of the commonly cited medicinal uses of vinegar include:

1. Digestive Aid: Consuming vinegar, particularly apple cider vinegar, is believed to help with digestion by stimulating the production of stomach acids and enzymes. This may aid in the breakdown of food and improve nutrient absorption.

2. Blood Sugar Regulation: Some studies suggest that vinegar may help lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity, which could be beneficial for individuals with diabetes or those at risk of developing the condition.

3. Antimicrobial Properties: Vinegar has been used traditionally as a disinfectant and antimicrobial agent. It may help inhibit the growth of certain bacteria and fungi, making it useful for cleaning wounds or treating minor skin infections.

4. Heart Health: Some research indicates that vinegar consumption may have beneficial effects on heart health, including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels, although more studies are needed to confirm these effects.

5. Relief for Sore Throat: Gargling with a diluted solution of vinegar and water may help soothe a sore throat by reducing inflammation and killing bacteria.

6. Relief for Sunburn: Applying a diluted solution of vinegar to sunburned skin may help soothe the irritation and reduce redness.

The Medicinal Uses for Hyssop

Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) is an herbaceous plant with a long history of medicinal use, particularly in traditional and folk medicine. Some of the potential medicinal uses of hyssop include:

1. Respiratory Support: Hyssop has expectorant properties, meaning it may help promote the expulsion of mucus from the respiratory tract. It has been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of respiratory conditions such as coughs, colds, bronchitis, and asthma.

2. Antimicrobial Activity: Hyssop contains compounds that exhibit antimicrobial properties, which may help inhibit the growth of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It has been used topically to disinfect wounds and internally to combat infections.

3. Anti-inflammatory Effects: Hyssop contains compounds with anti-inflammatory properties, which may help reduce inflammation in the body. It has been used to alleviate symptoms of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and sore muscles.

4. Immune Support: Some traditional uses of hyssop involve boosting the immune system to help the body fight off infections and illnesses. Its antioxidant properties may also contribute to overall immune health.

5. Mood Enhancement: Hyssop has been used in aromatherapy for its uplifting and calming effects on the mind and body. It is believed to help relieve stress, anxiety, and nervous tension when used in inhalation or massage blends.

6. Wound Healing: Due to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, hyssop has been applied topically to promote wound healing and prevent infection. It may help clean wounds and soothe skin irritations.

7. Antioxidant Benefits: Hyssop contains antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Regular consumption of hyssop tea or extracts may contribute to overall health and well-being.

Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) is a herbaceous plant native to the Mediterranean region and parts of Asia. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family, which includes other aromatic herbs like mint, basil, and sage. Hyssop has been valued for its culinary, medicinal, and aromatic properties for centuries. Here are some key points about hyssop:

8. Medicinal Uses: Hyssop has a long history of use in traditional medicine for various purposes. It is believed to have expectorant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and digestive properties. Hyssop has been used to treat respiratory conditions such as coughs, colds, and bronchitis, as well as digestive issues like indigestion and gas. It has also been used topically to promote wound healing and soothe skin irritations.

9. Aromatic Properties: The essential oil of hyssop, extracted from the leaves and flowers, is highly aromatic and is used in aromatherapy for its uplifting and calming effects. It is believed to help relieve stress, anxiety, and nervous tension when diffused or applied topically in diluted form.

10. Cultural and Religious Significance: Hyssop has been mentioned in various religious texts and traditions throughout history. In the Bible, it is referenced in the Old Testament for its purifying properties, and in the New Testament, it is mentioned during the crucifixion of Jesus. Hyssop has been used in religious rituals, purification ceremonies, and as a symbol of cleansing and protection in different cultures.

Even though the vinegar and hyssop offered a bitter taste, they held potent medicinal properties that played a crucial role in the healing process of the Messiah while He hung upon the cross. Both substances possessed antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, serving to alleviate His suffering in the midst of immense pain and trauma. It is understood that by the time the Messiah was crucified, He had already endured the loss of a significant portion of His blood, and His flesh had been mercilessly torn apart. The brutality of such an ordeal would have rendered any ordinary human incapable of enduring even the initial scourging with the cat-o'-nine-tails. Yet, as He endured the excruciating torment upon the cross, He was administered herbs in the form of liquid and oil. These medicinal agents, with their antimicrobial properties, served to prevent the onset of infection and deter the ravaging effects of bugs and parasites upon His ravaged flesh. Truly, this revelation highlights the profound depths of divine mercy and providence amidst the harrowing crucifixion scene. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LORD! WHAT A REVELATION!!!!!!!

Despite the enemy's belief that victory was secured through his orchestrated actions against the Messiah, he was ultimately defeated. The Almighty intervened, steadfast in His care for His Son, ensuring that His divine purpose prevailed over all adversities.

IT IS FINISHED. John 19:30

When He gave up His spirit, He gave up all He did on this earth with His physical body.

IT IS TIME TO SURRENDER YOUR WILL TO THE FATHER!

Bitter Men

Kairos Moment 💥

Bitter men

They always talk about the bitter women in the church. They never talk about the bitter men. Yet they are still making the bitter men spiritual leaders. But it is the bitter men that comes up with the false doctrine. Teaching you what they think is going on with the Word. Sometimes they don't even read the Word or they are coming from another book that you never read.

Bitter men can also be abusive. They use the Paul's theology to make a woman submit to them. They prey on the virgin minded woman and the broken woman. Even the successful woman. They woman thar will work herself until she is exhausted. The woman who has mental illness. The woman who is grieving. The woman who is depressed. They abuse the children by being authoritative. Especially to those children whose biological father is absent. But God is not an authoritative Father.

The bitter man is prideful. His hate for the kingdom of God and life is rooted in trauma from a religious home, church and/ or school. They use the strength of themselves to subdue the weak to ultimately destroy them. Sex is even a weapon. That right there is demonic it is still the spirit of Jezebel controlling and manipulative.

The deep part is that he will never show you that he is bitter. He never talks about his brokenness. The most educated man could be the bitter man. His heart, pride has been broken by life. And by the church. Has dealt him a bad hand and now he wants revenge. They prey on women and young people because they see them as the weaker being.

Hebrews 12:15b says, “Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many.” Bitterness corrupts, divides, and devastates; it damages and destroys.

Romans 3:13-14:
“Their talk is foul, like the stench from an open grave.
Their tongues are filled with lies.
Snake venom drips from their lips.
Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.”

Ephesians 4:31: “Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, lamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.”

The Bible also says" Woe to those who see bitter for good.

Be aware of those men that show themselves strong and mighty and / or fully educated. This spirit of manipulation will try to grab your mind, turn your heart towards themselves. Make you feel less than. This way they can destroy you. And you Woman can never live a whole life.

This will not just be your mate. It could be your father, your brother, your uncle. Your cousin.

The strength they carry is not your safe space. They need to freed, healed and delivered. Woman it is not your job the heal them. From the beginning the relationship has been with the Almighty and the man. It is God who has to deal with him.

Your Boaz will not subdue you nor your children. In his mind he is calling and seeing you as the wayward woman. They want to punish you even the more after life has broken you.

Beware!

FLASHBACKS

Random flashback thoughts when you think about the roots of your childhood when you wakeup:

They never told me when I go into the store don't ask for nothing don't touch nothing. So I picked up some tootsie rolls and tucked them in my shirt. I was 4 years old. My mother said I am going to tell your dad. Instead of taking me back to the store to return them to teach me a lesson about stealing, she took me home and she told my dad and I got a beating. He throw me up against the wall, and kicked me in my stomach. I was 4 years old.

Sometimes, I don't know why I grieved him for sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Long. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙃🙃🙃

SHABBAT SHALOM!

TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND GET UP !!!!!!!

THIS IS YOUR GENESIS. THIS IS YOUR NEW LIFE. They don't exist anymore. They are not even here anymore. Look at me. I will be with you always until your last day.

Attachment Injury

Attachment Injury

As I was listening to this audiobook, they were talking about the mother wound. But they were also talking about the attachment theory and addictive behaviors. As I was pondering on what I was listening to, I thought about my childhood, and the dysfunction and the Dynamics of my family.

The book talked about the development of a child's brain during the primitive years and the types of relationships that are needed in order for the child to develop healthily socially. And so as I looked back, I see that because we were brought up in fear by my father, that we didn't even know how to connect to each other to keep each other safe. And so I found myself riddle with fear, afraid of the danger, unsafe, unloved, and understanding that I was never going to feel safe or be loved. So I sought out relationships that was supplement that that type of development. So I turned to being promiscuous looking to feel something. Whether it was food, sex, dancing, late nights, even religion. I found myself always looking for safety, and to be loved. To be cared for and to be noticed.

So being transparent here, as a widow, I found myself again being taken apart, and judged. Sometimes I feel like things are being pulled from my arms. I feel like I'm being knocked down because my legs my legs won't move. My body is stagnated because my brain disattached from my mother and my family and attached to my husband. And this turned out to be dysfunctional also. And so my brain is feeling like it needs to be attached to someone else's brain. Or I can say that I need to be attached to someone who thinks the same way I think.
But what I'm finding is is that there is no one who is on the same frequency that I am. But who I am is dysfunctional. So as a widow this is what is manifesting. I can say this as long as I was a single mother, as long as I was in a dysfunctional relationship with my husband, as long as I was having troubles in my marriage, I was desirable, people were interested in me, they always wanted to give me advice, they always have something to say. But then when I became a widow, I seem to be no longer desirable.
I am still dispensable. And which I don't want to be anymore. I try to put myself in places where I'm not dispensable, but the men on Earth, the women on earth don't see me in that manner. They don't know what to do with me so they just give me anything to do. And because I always give that 110% and do my best at what they give me, they still don't know what to do with me. And on the flip side of that I have others who put their selves in front of me because there's something that I am lacking. And that comes with widowhood. The lack of a covering. The reproach that comes with widowhood. Disgrace and shame.

The Almighty God is the defender of the widow. And little do they know that as a widow, I am the wife of the Almighty God.

Look at what the Word says:

Isaiah 54:4-5
King James Version
4 Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.

5 For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

And that's what the Word says.

And so what shall we say to these things?

That I no longer remember the reproach of my widowhood because the Almighty is my husband and Jehovah Saboath is His name. Jehovah Magen is also His name. His name is also characteristics. He is my banner and my protector. I am no longer a disgrace and full of shame. It is not my fault that he passed away.
And so since my brain has this attachment injury, I will begin to heal. You will begin to heal.

For the rest of this week I am going to post more on the attachment injury as I do more research. So that we can learn that we don't have to keep searching for love, safety, and others. We will learn to love ourselves and learn how to keep ourselves safe. We will learn how to bond with healthy relationships with people. We will learn how to bond with ourselves. Especially the widows. Because when the Bible says that we become one, it is the truth. Because when he or she passes away, it is different from divorce. And divorce the person is still alive the relationship is just broken and not able or able to be fixed. We have options. But when the person passes away, they are no longer coming back. Life with them is null and void. There is no future with them anymore. So your future has to be reshaped. Your present has to be reshaped. There is no restoration, there is regeneration. So it's almost like we need an electric shock to bring us back to life.

So what shall we say to these things?
Then we shall be healed, we shall be regenerated, we shall live and not die, that we are already redeemed.
